Waldorf Kindergarten Rolls
8 cups whole wheat flour 8 cups white flower 3/4 cup honey 1/3 cup oil 2 T dry yeast Put honey in quart jar and fill 2/3 with warm water. Sprinkle in yeast; bubble 20 minutes. Set aside 2 cups flour. Stir, then knead bread, add flour as needed. Sit for 1/2 hour. roll into 2 inch balls, bake at 350.
